Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and monitor Retail segments for scheduled closings: * Conduct a detailed evaluation of quantitative and qualitative variations in billing, balances, rates, interest margin, and other required financial indicators * Perform comparisons, monitoring, and identification of alerts against the budget according to defined parameters. * Prepare the monthly forecast of billing, balances, and interest margin for Retail products. * Prepare Rolling Forecast and scenario projections for billing, balances, and interest margin for Retail products. * Prepare the budget for billing, balances, and interest margin for Retail products. * Develop high-impact presentations for Top Management. * Propose and work on continuous improvement of processes within their respective area of responsibility. * Support internal audit and internal control requirements. **Requirements:** * University graduate in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial sector within management control, planning, budgeting, or financial planning teams. * Proficiency in database management using SQL (mandatory) * Experience and knowledge of passive products and AML (Anti-Money Laundering). * Knowledge and experience in forecasting * Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and others. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
