ROLE PURPOSE Ensure the best customer experience by responding to and resolving each customer need in accordance with DHL’s highest standards and procedures. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct customer surveys to identify insights and improvement opportunities. * Follow up on critical cases and actionable feedback to ensure timely resolution. * Monitor customer experience and operational metrics (NPS, Contact Rate, etc.). * Execute internal communication campaigns, share results, and recognize achievements to strengthen a customer-centric and continuous improvement culture. * Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives: * Analyze customer feedback to identify insights, root causes, and improvement opportunities. * Support departments in improving and simplifying processes focused on customer experience and efficiency. * Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations of results. WHAT YOU BRING * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Business Administration (Bachelor’s degree or higher) * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Power BI and intermediate English. * Knowledge of project management and reporting. * Availability to work onsite in Callao.
