FOOD CERTIFICATION AND QUALITY COORDINATOR

Job Summary: Responsible for managing and implementing food quality and safety systems, including documentation, certifications, and audits. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of quality and food safety systems. 2. Leadership in the implementation and maintenance of certifications. 3. Coordination and execution of internal and external audits. Responsibilities: 1\. Management of the quality and food safety management system documentation (preparation, updating, procedures, instructions, forms, and records related to plant activities according to current regulations, certificate renewals). 2\. Responsible for implementing, verifying, and maintaining systems based on BRC, Organic, SENASA, and DIGESA standards. 3\. Maintain the validity of company-acquired certifications and stay informed about new certifications (Sanitary Authorization, BRC, Kosher, Organic, etc.). 4\. Responsible for handling regulatory audits conducted by SENASA, DIGESA, FDA, etc., scheduled by authorities at our facilities. 5\. Lead external and internal audits of implemented systems. 6\. Convene and lead HACCP and BRC team meetings at both locations. 7\. Coordinate the resolution of Non-Conformities identified by customers, regulatory bodies (audits), etc.; performed for each non-conformity arising from internal or external audits. 8\. Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits. 9\. Responsible for managing and reporting fiscalized product consumption to SUNAT. 10\. Develop, update, and execute HACCP system validations and calibrations. 11\. Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical data sheets, specifications, safety data sheets, declarations, labels, and descriptive summaries per product or raw material. REQUIREMENTS: \* Completed university degree in Food Industrial Engineering or related field \* 1 year of experience in similar positions.
