REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Materials Engineering. * Knowledge of leather or textile processes. * Experience in workshops or textile or footwear manufacturing companies (mandatory). * Experience planning production in an ERP system (preferred). * Proficiency in productivity indicators. * Ability to handle stress and work under pressure. * Team and personnel management skills. * High-level effective communication. * Availability to work at Rio Seco Industrial Park \- Cerro Colorado.
