Job Summary: We are seeking a Freelance Recruitment and Selection Specialist to manage end-to-end selection processes, post job advertisements, attract candidates, and conduct application tracking. Tracks applications and schedules interviews We are a consultancy specializing in Human Talent Management services. We are currently seeking one (1) Freelance Recruitment and Selection Specialist with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduates, bachelor's degree holders, or students in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum one (1) year of experience managing end-to-end selection processes. * Proficiency in job boards and recruitment strategies (e.g., active sourcing, field recruitment, etc.). * Experience handling high-volume recruitment and achieving short-time coverage. * Personal laptop and mobile phone required. * Availability to work remotely Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes. * Post job advertisements and attract candidates across multiple sources. * Closely track applicants and schedule interviews. * Recruit and select operational and administrative profiles. * Report progress and achievement of coverage targets. **CONDITIONS** * Employment type: Freelance. * Payment via honorarium receipts. * Direct communication and support from the Selection team.
