Job Summary: We are seeking a Freelance Recruitment and Selection Specialist to manage end-to-end human talent processes, including posting job advertisements, attracting candidates, and conducting follow-ups. Recruits operational and administrative profiles We are a consulting firm specialized in Human Talent Management services. We are currently seeking one (1) Freelance Recruitment and Selection Specialist with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduates, bachelor's degree holders, or students in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum one (1) year of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. * Experience managing job boards and recruitment strategies (e.g., active sourcing, field recruitment, etc.). * Experience handling high-volume recruitment processes with rapid coverage. * Personal laptop and mobile phone required. * Availability to work remotely Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes. * Post job advertisements and attract candidates across multiple sources. * Conduct close follow-up with applicants and schedule interviews. * Recruit and select operational and administrative profiles. * Report on progress and achievement of coverage targets. **CONDITIONS** * Employment type: Freelance. * Payment via professional service invoices. * Direct communication and support from the Selection team.
