Implement clean, efficient, scalable, and highly maintainable code. * Code review and improvement: * Review code written by Junior and Mid\-Level developers, providing constructive feedback. Ensure code complies with project technical standards and best practices. * Code optimization: * Identify opportunities to improve software performance, including query, structure, and workflow optimization. Propose improvements to the Technical Leader and Software Architect based on implementation experience. * Technical collaboration: * Work closely with the Technical Leader and Software Architect to understand architectural guidelines and ensure implementations comply with them. Support resolution of complex technical issues arising during development. * Developer mentoring: * Act as mentor for Junior and Mid\-Level developers, promoting their technical growth. Facilitate pair programming sessions and provide guidance on development best practices. * Integration support: * Collaborate on developing scripts or configurations for integrations within CI/CD pipelines under the guidance of the DevSecOps Engineer or Technical Leader. Perform testing of developed functionalities prior to integration. * Documentation and knowledge transfer: * Clearly and systematically document implemented solutions, including technical details and use cases. Share learnings and best practices with the development team. Requirements Education: * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: * Minimum 3 years of software development experience. * Demonstrable experience in advanced implementation and optimization of complex systems. Technical Skills: * Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript. * Frameworks: React, Angular, Spring, Django. * Relational and non-relational databases. * CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps. * Version control: Git.
