Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced gardener to perform maintenance, pruning, fertilization, and phytosanitary applications in gardens across Metropolitan Lima. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform gardening tasks in various districts 2. Pruning, lawn mowing, and fertilization 3. Use of specialized tools and products **REQUIREMENTS** * **Academic qualification:** Not specified * **Minimum experience:** Minimum 3 years mandatory experience in gardening * **Mandatory experience:** * Sanitation, shaping, and aesthetic pruning * Lawn mowing using shears and machinery * Plant fertilization * Phytosanitary applications (fumigation) * Leaf cleaning for potted plants * **Desirable:** Experience with vertical gardens and irrigation systems **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform gardening tasks in various districts of Metropolitan Lima * Use tools, fertilizers, and pesticides provided by the company * Adhere to the weekly work schedule and attend assigned buildings and condominiums * Submit photographic evidence of work progress every two hours via WhatsApp, as required **BENEFITS** * Gross monthly salary: Market competitive * Employment type: First 3 months on a per-hour basis (RxH); subsequent evaluation for inclusion in MYPE payroll * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Work location: Lima, **100% on-site** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
