Job Summary: Generalist Technician responsible for preventive maintenance, equipment diagnosis and repair, and installation of new systems to ensure operational continuity and customer satisfaction. Coordination and installation of new equipment and systems \- **GENERALIST TECHNICIAN** **REQUIREMENTS** * Mechanical maintenance technician, electrical technician, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanic, electrician, or maintenance technician. * Experience in the hotel industry, clinics, and/or continuous operations. * Availability to work rotating shifts * Availability to work in San Isidro **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct periodic inspections and preventive maintenance tasks in hotel guest room areas, according to the established schedule, * to prevent equipment failures or service interruptions. * Diagnose and repair any equipment or facility malfunctions, ensuring rapid and efficient resolution to minimize impact on guests and hotel operations. * Coordinate and carry out the installation of new equipment or systems in the hotel. * Monitor and control the performance of hotel systems and equipment, identifying potential issues and proactively implementing measures to prevent unexpected failures. * Comply with and ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulations. * Respond to emergencies during assigned shifts, coordinating with internal departments to minimize impact on guest satisfaction. * Complete shift reports, documenting incidents, emergencies, pending items, repair requests, maintenance activities, and required spare parts. * Prepare technical reports on performed maintenance and incidents. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance and/or Operations Management. **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive salary * Hotel points * Benefits under the General Payroll Regime Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): \* Please provide your mobile phone number and WhatsApp * What is your expected salary? * Specify your highest academic degree attained * Do you have experience in the hotel industry, clinics, and/or continuous operations? * Are you available to work rotating shifts? * How many years of experience do you have as a mechanic, electrician, or maintenance technician?
