The primary objective of this senior leadership position is to design, lead, and consolidate the organization's integrated distribution strategy, ensuring synergy and profitability across all customer-facing channels (branch network, digital channels, telephone banking, external sales force, and correspondents). We seek an executive focused on service excellence, operational cost optimization, and efficient transformation toward omnichannel models—capable of inspiring large teams and ensuring achievement of the institution’s deposit mobilization and loan placement targets. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategic Channel Management:** Design and implement the institution’s master distribution plan, aligning physical branch networks and digital channels to maximize market reach and profitability. * **Commercial and Profitability Management:** Maximize business results (loan placements, deposit mobilization, cross-selling) across the entire distribution infrastructure, efficiently managing the assigned profit-and-loss (P\&L) account. * **Evolution and Omnichannel Transformation:** Lead the migration to and adoption of digital channels, transforming the traditional network into high-value advisory centers and automating routine transactions to enhance user experience. * **Budgetary Control and Efficiency:** Plan and monitor the distribution network’s operating (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) budgets, optimizing per-channel service costs using key efficiency indicators. * **Governance, Risk, and Compliance:** Ensure that all distribution network operations strictly comply with financial system regulations, operational risk mitigation policies, and anti-money laundering requirements. * **Executive Leadership and Culture:** Lead, motivate, and develop regional managers, channel directors, and support staff, fostering an inclusive corporate culture oriented toward high performance and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in senior management roles (Divisional Managers, Central Managers, or National Directors) leading distribution networks or commercial channels within large financial institutions, banks, or insurance companies. * **Technical Knowledge:** * In-depth understanding of banking business models, financial profitability, and customer portfolio management. * Expert knowledge of local banking regulations, financial system regulations, and operational auditing. * Experience leading digital transformation projects, implementing agile methodologies, or integrating digital and physical channels. * **Soft Skills:** Macro-strategic vision, inspirational leadership, ability to manage large organizational structures, high-level negotiation skills, and a strong data-driven analytical focus for complex decision-making.
