For the **afternoon shift**, your **approximate total gross monthly compensation may reach up to S/ 2,630**, before statutory deductions; for the **morning shift**, your **approximate total gross monthly compensation may reach up to S/ 2,430**. **This compensation consists of the following benefits:** **Benefits for working with us (not performance-based)** * **Base salary:** S/ 1,130 * **Mobility bonus:** S/ 250 * **Afternoon shift bonus:** S/ 200 (if hired for the afternoon shift) * **Advance on bonuses:** approximately S/ 250 per month * **Food card:** S/ 200 (starting from the fourth month) **Approximate fixed subtotal from day one:** **S/ 1,830** *(may increase to S/ 2,030 from the fourth month with the food card)* **Performance- and goal-achievement-based benefits** * **Performance commissions:** up to S/ 700 per month * **Speech compliance and management quality bonus:** up to S/ 100 per month **Potential total income:** **Up to S/ 2,630 gross per month**, depending on performance and goal achievement. **Additional Benefits** * 100% EPS coverage for the employee. * 3 wellness days per year. * Integration and recognition activities tied to goal achievement. * Statutory benefits under the **MYPE regime (Our last year as a MYPE).** * Access to comfortable offices located in a strategic workplace — San Isidro’s financial district. **Schedule** **Morning shift** Monday to Friday: **7:00 am to 3:30 pm** Saturdays: **8:00 am to 1:00 pm** **Afternoon shift** Monday to Friday: **11:30 am to 8:00 pm** Saturdays: **8:00 am to 1:00 pm** Rotating Saturdays and possible adjustments during high-demand periods (mid-month or month-end). **Responsibilities** * Conduct preventive and reactive collection calls to clients with upcoming or overdue installments. * Negotiate payment commitments and follow up on promises made. * Provide courteous, clear, and solution-oriented customer service. * Accurately record each interaction in the system, along with related operational tasks such as data entry. * Meet daily and monthly contact and recovery targets as communicated by your supervisor. **Requirements** * Experience in collections or customer service via call center, including ability to type while speaking on the phone. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Basic computer and digital tool proficiency. * Punctuality, responsibility, and results orientation. * Availability **for on-site work in San Isidro.** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: S/.1,830\.00 \- S/.2,630\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have prior experience in collections, portfolio recovery, or customer service? * Have you previously worked with call targets involving payment promises or payment recovery? * Please send your updated CV to: lorena.barrios@apurata.com Have you already sent it? * What is your current salary? * Where do you currently work? * What are your salary expectations? * Do you consider yourself skilled at negotiation, maintaining a positive attitude and a high level of patience?
