Discover the life that awaits you at Accor—visit https://careers.accor.com/ Job Description Provide guests with fully close and personalized service when handling guest calls. * Be responsible for answering all calls from our guests and external parties to the hotel. * Achieve positive results for guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. * Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times. * Conduct shift handovers following established practices. * Report any situation deemed dangerous or suspicious within the hotel. * Comply with the hotel’s internal regulations, departmental policies, and procedures. * Embody the ideal attitudes of the “I Connect”, “I Engage”, “I Go the Extra Mile”, and “I Personalize” connector principles—the foundation of Accor’s values. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Attend all trainings scheduled by the company. * Perform other related duties as required by the department.
