




Job Summary: This role seeks an assistant to ensure consistency of service order information in the system and to manage documentation efficiently. Key Highlights: 1. GUIDE/DOCUMENT CONTROL ASSISTANT Surquillo – Lima We are a logistics operator specialized in providing nationwide integrated solutions. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: **GUIDE/DOCUMENT CONTROL ASSISTANT** JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure that information recorded in Service Orders (SO) matches the information entered into the computer system. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive daily Service Orders (SO) and related documents for processing. * Verify that SO information matches the system. * Manage and raise identified observations. * Validate that SO bear customer stamps. * Distribute service orders to operational staff. * Properly archive documentation (SO – module). * Manage document dispatch to the warehouse. * Support additional tasks assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS * Completed secondary education or technical/university studies in Administration, Logistics, Archiving, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar roles (messenger, courier, document control). * Document management training or related qualifications are desirable.
