Job Summary: We are seeking a Production staff member with experience in monitoring, logistics, quality control, organization, and leadership to coordinate daily processes. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and organization of daily activities in the workshop and showroom. 2. Supervision and monitoring of quality control processes. 3. Providing support to production and the technical team. We are looking for **personnel** to join our Production team. The ideal candidate must have experience in **monitoring, logistics, and quality control**, as well as organizational and leadership skills to coordinate daily processes both in the workshop and showroom; a mechanical car driver's license is mandatory. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and organize daily activities in the workshop and showroom. * Prepare materials in advance for scheduled installations. * Prepare design sheets and coordinate tempering processes. * Coordinate with suppliers and supervise material pickup. * Supervise and monitor quality control processes. * Conduct site visits for remeasurement. * Provide support to production and the technical team. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or related fields (junior profile). * Experience in the production area. * A **driver's license** is mandatory. * Organizational ability, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset. Working Hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.**, and **Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 \- S/.1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
