




Job Summary: Supervises work at height, verifies correct use of PPE, inspects equipment, and develops safe procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of work at height and personal protective equipment (PPE) 2. Hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) 3. Safety training and regulatory compliance **HEIGHT WORK SAFETY OFFICER** **Education:** * Technical or university degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles. * Proven experience supervising work at height. **Certifications (preferred):** * Height Work Training Course. * First Aid Certification. * Certification in PPE and fall arrest systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise work at height (scaffolding, roofs, ladders, platforms, etc.). * Verify correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as harnesses, lifelines, helmets, etc. * Inspect anchorage systems and equipment before each shift. * Develop and disseminate safe work procedures for height-related tasks. * Identify hazards and assess risks (HIRA). * Train personnel on safety for work at height. * Halt operations in case of unsafe conditions. * Prepare inspection reports, incident reports, and substandard act/condition reports. * Ensure compliance with current occupational health and safety regulations. * Manage reports and inspections.
