




Job Summary: We are seeking a Talent Manager to co-create strategies and solutions in Trade Marketing, leading the recruitment and selection process. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Trade Marketing Join Marco’s team and together co\-create strategies and solutions that shape people’s lives in the Trade Marketing industry. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Update or refresh candidate profiles for accounts/projects. * Develop job postings using appropriate recruitment sources—both traditional and non-traditional. * Conduct end-to-end candidate selection to identify personnel meeting the position’s profile requirements. * Carry out candidate sourcing and interviews at points of sale (PDVs), job fairs, municipalities, etc. * Administer psychological tests, psychometric assessments, group dynamics, and assessment centers to validate each candidate’s potential. * Coordinate interviews for finalist candidates and/or shortlisted candidates with clients. * Fulfill staffing requirements on time and to the required quality standards. **What profile are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Talent Area Manager handling recruitment and selection processes for operational, tactical, and strategic roles. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)—software used to manage the entire hiring and recruitment process. **What do we offer?** Statutory benefits \+ Full payroll Base salary \+ Variable compensation Corporate agreements Hybrid work model **Your path to joining our team:** **Initial Preselection:** Upon application, you’ll answer a series of preliminary questions to determine whether you meet the minimum required criteria. **Interview with AVI and Brief Call:** If you pass preselection, you’ll have an interview with AVI—our recruitment bot—followed by a brief call (under 15 minutes) with our recruiter. **Account Interview:** If you advance further, you’ll have an interview with the account you’re applying to. You’ll receive performance feedback the same day. **Offer and Onboarding Process:** If the interview is successful, we’ll extend a formal offer. Upon acceptance, we’ll request the necessary documents, guide you through information upload, schedule medical examinations, and proceed with contract signing.
