Resolve incidents related to clinical processes and clinical users. 2\. Analyze the root causes of reported incidents, identifying user errors, process failures, or HIS application faults, and coordinate with the corresponding department to resolve incidents caused by HIS application errors. 3\. Prepare incident reports for the processes under your responsibility; if necessary, record these incidents in the Incident Logbook and support their follow-up. 4\. Support training, updating, and reinforcement activities for HIS users at the Clinic. 5\. Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices. 6\.
