




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Administrator to manage key processes such as social security enrollments, employment contracts, vacation tracking, and personnel file updates, supporting the company’s mission. At IP InfoOut, a specialist in Human Resources Services, we seek top talent to join our team as an HR Administrator and contribute to our mission of delivering high-value solutions to our clients. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. **Requirements:** * 1–2 years of experience in similar positions (Personnel Administration / HR). * Experience handling employment documentation, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding processes. * Experience in consulting firms/services or environments demanding high compliance and confidentiality standards. **Key Challenges of the Position:** * Manage employee enrollment and withdrawal from EPS (Health Insurance Providers). * Process Life Insurance under Law, SCTR Pension and Health Insurance. * Support opening payroll accounts and CTS (Compensatory Severance Pay) accounts at banks for employees. * Track vacations, permits, and leaves. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files in BUK. * Upload pay slips and certificates into BUK. * Send salary increase letters, memoranda, agreements, and other employment-related documents. * Receive and follow up on documentation for new hires, ensuring completeness within established deadlines. * Execute offboarding processes (e.g., notifying employees, coordinating equipment return, etc.). * Manage renewal and issuance of employment contracts. * Monitor contract signing via BUK. * Support procedures with ESSALUD (e.g., medical leaves, subsidies, lactation leave, etc.). * Prepare and submit required information for case handling with SUNAFIL, MINTRA, and SUNAT. * Perform other service-related duties, coordinated in advance with IP InfoOut. * Manage semi-annual CTS payments; prepare monthly vacation analysis and reports, and weekly attendance reports. * Control and manage employee deductions; monitor SUNAFIL’s inbox; process AFP payments; maintain physical and digital archives of departmental files, including personnel files. * Enter payroll journal entries and analyze payroll accounts in the accounting system. **What We Offer** * A positive work environment and wellness-oriented culture. * Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
