Participation in job fairs and fieldwork Flashman SAC is currently seeking an HR and Recruitment Assistant for operational (cleaning and others) and administrative staff. Work Location: San Miguel, Lima. Mode: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am \- 6:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am \- 1:00 pm Responsibilities: \- Recruitment of operational staff across various locations. \- Candidate follow-up through visits and phone calls; scheduling interviews. \- CV screening, verification of employment certificates, and competency-based interviews. \- Archiving and managing all HR-related documentation required for historical records. \- Entering new employee data into the system. \- Maintaining records of all newly hired staff (personal information, bank accounts, etc.). \- Tracking issued SCTR certificates and processing renewals at month-end. \- Participation in job fairs and fieldwork. Education: \- Organizational Psychology. \- Knowledge of labor legislation. Experience: \- Minimum one year of experience in this role or related functions.
