




Position Summary: We are seeking a committed HR Coordinator to define policies, lead recruitment processes, supervise onboarding, and manage organizational culture and workplace climate. Promotion of organizational culture and workplace climate We are a talent-connecting company actively seeking a committed, responsible, and disciplined professional with experience for the position of **HR COORDINATOR.** **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Specialization in Human Resources. * Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year leading an HR team. * Knowledge of labor legislation and MYPE regulations. * Familiarity with employment modalities and labor documentation management; knowledge of training and development. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Define overall HR department policies and strategies (recruitment, selection, culture, talent development, and internal regulations). * Lead and supervise recruitment and selection processes, ensuring candidates delivered to clients or internally meet defined requirements. * Supervise proper execution of onboarding and welcome processes, coordinating with respective departments (Administration, Operations). * Draft and update internal HR policies, manuals, guidelines, and protocols. * Design and lead the annual performance evaluation system, ensuring process compliance and follow-up. * Monitor client satisfaction indicators regarding recruitment and selection services and propose improvements. * Directly serve HR consulting clients, leading the definition of job profiles, salary bands, working hours, and other employment conditions. * Lead organizational culture and workplace climate initiatives, including celebrations, special occasions, and team-building activities. **WORKING CONDITIONS** * Fixed salary * Benefits in accordance with the law\- MYPE payroll * Learning opportunities * Ongoing training * Working hours (Mon\-Fri 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Sat 8:30 am to 1:00 pm) * Work location: Miraflores **DON’T MISS THIS EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY — WE LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING YOU!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Application question(s): * What are your salary expectations? * Do you have experience delivering training and onboarding? * Have you conducted personnel selection processes?
