Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Coordinator with experience in payroll and administrative management to join our team on infrastructure projects. Key Highlights: 1. Develop skills within civil engineering project environments. **CCCC del Perú S.A.C.** is a company primarily dedicated to developing infrastructure and civil engineering construction projects in Peru. We participate in the execution of projects related to highways, bridges, civil works, and other infrastructure projects. Additionally, we represent the presence in Peru of the Chinese multinational **China Communications Construction Company (CCCC)**, renowned globally for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking an HR COORDINATOR to work in Chilca \- Cañete, meeting the requirements detailed below: **Requirements:** **Academic Qualification:** Studies in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. **Work Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience. **Technical Competencies:** Advanced Excel proficiency. In-depth knowledge of payroll calculation under the Civil Construction Regime and for employees, as well as fifth-category income tax calculation, settlements, AFP closing, taxes (preparation of TXT files), and other declarations. (Mandatory) Knowledge of the Starsoft system.
