




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant to manage recruitment processes, personnel administration, payroll, and occupational health and safety (OHS) support. Occupational health and safety support **Human Resources Assistant** **Requirements:** * Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or candidate in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * ERP system proficiency; intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles within Human Resources departments. Competencies: * Ability to work under pressure. * Results-oriented mindset. * Effective communication skills. * Proactivity and teamwork. Main Responsibilities: * Execute recruitment and selection processes. * Administer employment contracts, renewals, addendums, and terminations. * Monitor and track attendance, tardiness, leaves of absence, and vacations. * Manage employee information in internal systems and physical/digital personnel files. * Prepare and control payroll processing and related tasks (AFP, PLAME, CTS, bonuses, settlements, commissions, others). * Coordinate onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes. * Provide support during labor inspections (SUNAFIL) and document-related requests. * Ensure compliance with the Internal Work Regulations and internal policies. * Prepare HR management reports and indicators for management. * Address employee inquiries regarding labor and administrative matters. * Handle occupational health and safety-related topics.
