Knowledge of process management, continuous improvement, and HR KPIs. Requirements: Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field professional. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Human Resources area. Solid experience in payroll preparation and management. Knowledge and proficiency in the S10 system. Knowledge of procurement management, continuous improvement, and Human Resources KPIs. Experience in monitoring indicators: turnover, workplace climate, performance, regulatory compliance, among others.
