Ensure compliance with labor regulations **WE ARE SEEKING A HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR** **Job Objective:** To manage and execute Human Resources processes, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation, proper personnel administration, and enhancement of the organizational climate, aligned with the company's objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Execute recruitment and selection processes. * Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. * Monitor attendance, vacations, leaves of absence, and permissions. * Coordinate payroll preparation and employee benefits administration. * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. * Manage employment contracts, personnel files, and related documentation. * Support performance evaluations and training initiatives. * Promote a positive work environment and internal communication. **Requirements:** * Graduate or professional in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and HR management systems. * Availability for **in-person** work.
