Proactive profile with the ability to anticipate problems At TODOCLIMA, we continue growing and seek to incorporate into our team an **HVAC Supervision Engineer**, oriented toward operational excellence, construction site control, and achievement of objectives in air conditioning and ventilation projects. **Academic Background** * Mechanical Engineering * Electrical Mechanical Engineering * Industrial Engineering * Fluid Engineering **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in the HVAC field. * Direct involvement in supervision of installations, assembly, and/or maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems. * Experience coordinating with contractors, technicians, and construction personnel. * Desired experience in commercial, industrial, or retail projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the correct execution of HVAC work according to drawings, technical specifications, and schedules. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and current legislation. * Coordinate on-site activities with the technical team and other disciplines. * Report progress, deviations, and improvement opportunities to project management. * Validate measurements, valuations, and technical closure of activities. **Key Competencies and Attitudes** * Proactive profile with strong ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions. * Results-oriented approach and adherence to deadlines (construction mindset, not desk-based). * Clear, assertive communication focused on effective coordination. * Leadership capability on-site and management of technical teams. * Organization, technical judgment, and decision-making under pressure. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of HVAC technical standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, or others). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read drawings. * Continuous learning attitude and commitment to operational improvement. Salary: S/.2,800.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
