Job Summary: GRUPO SISCOG is seeking an IMS Assistant to manage, control, and keep updated the documentation of the Integrated Management System, supporting its implementation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in the implementation and continuous improvement of the IMS 2. Management and control of documentation for the Integrated Management System 3. Support in compliance with ISO standards We are **GRUPO SISCOG**, a company specialized in Environmental Sanitation, Industrial Safety, and Solid Waste Management, with over 20 years of experience. We are currently seeking an **IMS Assistant**. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in roles related to the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Knowledge of **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001** standards. * Experience in managing, controlling, and updating documentation for the Integrated Management System. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Organizational skills, analytical ability, teamwork, and results orientation. * Knowledge of environmental, safety, and environmental sanitation topics. **Responsibilities:** * Manage, control, and maintain up-to-date documentation for the Integrated Management System. * Provide support in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the IMS. * Support monitoring compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\. * Develop and update procedures, forms, records, and instructions. * Track corrective actions, preventive actions, and opportunities for improvement. * Support internal and external audits. * Other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one under the **MYPE Regime**. * Bi-weekly and timely payments. * Career progression opportunities. * Excellent working environment. * Bonuses and compensated overtime.
