Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Electrician for electrical equipment installation, maintenance, repair, fault diagnosis, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Teamwork and technological updating A Peruvian micro-enterprise specializing in air conditioning and electrical engineering is seeking one qualified and trained Industrial Electrician. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Electrical Equipment Installation: Assemble and wire machines, control panels, electrical switchboards, distribution transformers, and other electrical equipment according to drawings and technical specifications. \- Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical switchboards and SPATs. \- Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, identifying and resolving faults to ensure optimal machinery operation. \- Fault Diagnosis: Use electrical diagnostic and measurement tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) to locate electrical and control system issues. \- Electrical Schematic Interpretation: Read and understand electrical diagrams and drawings to facilitate equipment installation, maintenance, and repair. \- Controller Programming: Configure and program programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other industrial automation devices. \- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local, national, and international electrical safety regulations. \- Equipment Testing: Conduct functional and performance tests on machinery and electrical systems to guarantee proper operation. \- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, as well as documentation of installations and modifications made to electrical systems. \- Collaborate with engineers, operators, and other technicians to address complex issues involving both electrical and mechanical systems. \- Training and Advisory Support: Provide training and advisory support to other staff on electrical equipment operation and best safety practices. \- Technological Updating: Stay current with the latest technologies in electrical systems and automation by participating in training courses and continuous professional development programs. **Requirements:** \- Hold a technical diploma in Industrial Electricity (Senati, Tecsup, or equivalent) \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions \- Skills: Teamwork, assertive communication, adaptability, and commitment. \- Driver’s License: Desirable (A1\) \- Availability to work Sundays and/or holidays with additional pay (only on specific dates, not regularly) \- Knowledge of measurement instruments (megohmmeter, multimeter, clamp meter, earth resistance tester, etc.) \- Ability to interpret measurements taken (i.e., compare them against current regulations based on the parameters measured). **Benefits:** Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 – 5:30 PM; Sat 8:00 – 1:00 PM Payroll registration, incentive bonus Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700\.00 – S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
