Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineering student or recent graduate to support system management, documentation, performance indicator tracking, and continuous improvement projects. Key Highlights: 1. Support in system and documentation management 2. Participation in continuous improvement projects 3. Development in a quality management environment Academic Requirements * University student majoring in Industrial Engineering. * Currently in the final cycles of the program (e.g., between the 9th and 10th cycle). * Recent graduate eligible for professional internships. Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in office tools, especially Microsoft Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement. * Basic knowledge of quality management. * Experience with databases and report generation. * Knowledge of logistics, operations, or planning. Main Responsibilities * Assist in the development, updating, and control of procedures, work instructions, and forms. * Maintain up-to-date documentation for the management system. * Support performance indicator tracking. * Participate in process mapping and documentation. * Assist in preparing internal and external audits. * Track action plans and corrective actions. * Prepare reports and documents related to the management system. * Collaborate on continuous improvement projects.
