Project Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Engineer to supervise, maintain, and operate pumping systems, prepare technical documentation, and support equipment selection. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and maintenance of pumping systems and submersible electric pumps. 2. Preparation of specialized technical drawings and reports. 3. Support in the selection of electrical and mechanical equipment. Requirements: * Licensed and registered Electromechanical Engineer. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. Proven experience in: * Operation, maintenance, and installation of submersible electric pumps. * Pumping systems (centrifugal, pressurization, boosting, and transfer). Knowledge of: * Electrical and mechanical equipment associated with pumping systems. * Electrical panels, motor starters, and motor control. * Experience in potable water and/or wastewater treatment plants is desirable. * Proficiency in technical writing for reports, drawings, and technical documents. * Ability to support technical selection of electrical and mechanical equipment (pumps, motors, panels, valves, accessories). * Experience in quantity take-offs and budget preparation is desirable. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare electrical and electromechanical drawings. * Prepare technical operation and maintenance reports. * Review technical specifications of electromechanical equipment. * Support technical selection of electrical and mechanical equipment. * Prepare quantity take-offs and budgets for electromechanical components. * Supervise the operation and maintenance of pumping systems and submersible electric pumps. * Execute and control preventive and corrective electromechanical maintenance work. * Verify proper operation of motors, electrical panels, and associated equipment. * Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service continuity. * Comply with safety procedures and current technical standards.
