Job Summary: Designs, supervises, and maintains safe and efficient electrical systems, including lighting, power, switchboards, substations, and emergency systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Prepares technical drawings, manages budgets, ensures compliance with current regulations, and leads installation to guarantee proper electrical operation in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings **Education:** Certified Electrical Engineer (University Degree). **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the REAL ESTATE sector. **Specific Experience:** Solid track record in the REAL ESTATE sector.
