Opportunity for professional development and an excellent work environment Job Description At TODO CLIMA PERÚ S.A.C., we are looking for a **Junior Quality Engineer** to provide support in documentation management and control for HVAC projects, ensuring tracking, organization, and traceability of technical and quality-related information. We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong follow-up capabilities who contributes to the timely delivery of outputs and proper control of technical documentation for projects. Main Responsibilities * Update and maintain project documentation control. * Track protocols, certificates, technical data sheets, and records. * Support the preparation and consolidation of quality dossiers. * Manage document version control and coding. * Track documentary observations until their resolution. * Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse departments for documentation collection. * Maintain physical and digital technical information organized and up to date. * Support control of deliverables and document deadlines. * Prepare progress and documentation tracking reports. * Provide support during quality audits and reviews. * Support improvement and standardization of formats and records. Requirements Academic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or university graduate in: * Mechanical Engineering * Electrical-Mechanical Engineering * Industrial Engineering * Electromechanical Engineering * Or related fields associated with HVAC projects and quality control. Knowledge * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and blueprint reading. * Knowledge of dossier and protocol preparation. * Familiarity with quality standards and construction/HVAC processes. * Document management platforms proficiency is desirable. * Quality Management courses or specialization is desirable. Experience * 2 years in similar positions. * Experience in HVAC, construction, or electromechanical projects is desirable. * Experience in documentation control and quality is desirable.
