Job Summary: NEXAR ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION is seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to develop engineering and construction projects, supervise execution, and prepare reports. Key Highlights: 1. Design, supervision, and execution of electrical and mechanical installations. 2. Preparation and review of installation drawings and technical specifications. 3. Coordination with the engineering team for project development. The company **GRUPO INDEPRO S.A.C. – NEXAR ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION**, engaged in engineering and construction project development, is currently seeking a **Mechanical and Electrical Engineer** to join its team in Lima. **Requirements:** * Sanitary Engineer, registered and licensed. * Degree holder, registered, and licensed. \+02 years * Minimum 03 years of experience in design, supervision, and execution of electrical and mechanical installations, preferably in Elevators. * Knowledge of current national regulations, electrical/mechanical installation drawings, electrical calculations, and preparation of quantity take-offs and budgets. * Availability to work in Lima. * Payment mode: Receipt for Professional Services (RH). **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and approve installation drawings and technical specifications. * Supervise on-site execution of sanitary installations to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate with the engineering and construction teams for efficient project development. * Prepare technical and progress reports for management. **Application:** Interested candidates should send their **updated CV**, supporting documents, and salary expectations to: **gerencia@nexarpe.com**.
