Must monitor deadlines for policy issuance and, if necessary, contact or visit insurance companies (all located within walking distance of the office). * Data entry into the company’s database. * Handling settlements and billing to insurance companies. * Sending payment reminders to clients (after reviewing account statements). * Client communication via email or phone to assist with policy coverage inquiries, claims handling, account statement reviews, etc. Requirements: * \- Graduates or Bachelor’s degree holders in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * \- Availability to work 100% on-site * \- Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (no work on Saturdays) * \- Experience as an Operations Assistant, preferably in the insurance sector.
