That’s living the Gallagher Way. **Overview** Provide operational support to the department in organizing, cleansing, and analyzing the customer portfolio, as well as generating control reports, tracking tasks, and managing renewal activities. This role requires the ability to manage information accurately and systematically, and to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes. **How you'll make an impact** * Organize, update, and maintain customer portfolio data, ensuring order, consistency, and accuracy of information. * Prepare operational and tracking reports, including progress updates, pending items, and relevant alerts for departmental management. * Monitor and track internal activities (tasks, renewals, commitments, deliverables), maintaining visibility of deadlines and responsible parties. * Support renewal tracking by updating statuses, verifying information, and flagging deviations. * Monitor data derived from customer satisfaction surveys and client visits, supporting the activation of appropriate actions when required. * Participate in coordination and follow-up meetings, assisting in preparing reports, agreements, and control points. * Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize data organization and analysis. * Coordinate and maintain communication with internal departments to ensure accurate updates, validation, and traceability of information. **About you** * Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience working with management indicators and data organization. * Academic Background: University student from the 8th semester onward in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * English: Advanced * Tools: Project tracking tools (Excel at intermediate-to-advanced level \- mandatory; Power BI \- mandatory). Familiarity or experience with collaborative digital tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc., is desirable, particularly for generating operational reports and controls, and for organizing and presenting data. * Competencies: Task organization and tracking, effective communication, clear writing, independent and team-based work, and proactive problem-solving orientation.
