Job Summary: We are seeking Internal Plant Technicians in Lima to ensure our customers' connectivity through preventive and corrective maintenance at telecommunications sites and equipment, inspecting systems and preparing technical reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at telecommunications sites. 2. Inspect electrical systems, rectifiers, and power equipment. 3. Assist in the initial diagnosis of failures across various systems. At Electronic Alliance, we are seeking Internal Plant Technicians in Lima to ensure our customers' connectivity. What will you do? * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at telecommunications sites and internal plant equipment, ensuring their proper operation and availability. * Conduct basic maintenance on air conditioning systems (split-type and HVAC), verifying their functionality and efficiency. * Inspect electrical systems, rectifiers, battery banks, and power equipment, identifying and reporting anomalies or risks. * Perform technical cleaning and physical inspection of networking and transmission equipment, racks, and cabinets. * Assist in the initial diagnosis of failures related to power supply, temperature, air conditioning, and other internal plant systems. * Record photographic evidence, measurements, findings, and activities performed, preparing corresponding technical reports. What are we looking for? * Graduated or certified technician in Industrial Electricity, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintaining telecommunications sites, technical rooms, nodes, data centers, or critical infrastructure. * Knowledge of maintenance for split-type air conditioners, AC/DC electrical systems, rectifiers, battery banks, and internal plant infrastructure. * Proficiency in using electrical measurement instruments and preparing technical reports. * Class A1 driver's license is mandatory; Class A2A is desirable. * Availability to work in **Metropolitan Lima**.
