The position is responsible for sustaining the reliability of inventory information and supporting operational continuity through disciplined, orderly, and timely execution, directly contributing to asset productivity and operational and tactical decision-making. This role is critical to maintaining operational model stability, reducing friction in daily execution, and ensuring that planning and operations rely on reliable and up-to-date information. **Responsibilities:** · Execute and record inventory movements in internal systems, including receipts, issuances, transfers, reservations, and allocations, ensuring accuracy, full traceability, and compliance with internal stock control policies. · Provide direct support to daily operational planning by reviewing workload, equipment availability, and inter-process flow, identifying constraints, and supporting the definition of the optimal operational action plan. · Generate, consolidate, and manage operational and inventory data for management reporting, ensuring data consistency, timeliness, and reliability for use by operations and planning teams. · Actively participate in the execution of cyclic and general physical inventory counts, supporting organization, field data collection, data validation, and system recording for subsequent review and closure. · Monitor equipment transit between departments and processes, maintaining real-time updated records and generating alerts for delays, inconsistencies, deviations, or unrecorded movements. · Review, maintain, and organize physical inventory locations, ensuring correct coding, adherence to location capacity limits, alignment with warehouse layout, and defined operational standards. · Address inventory-related operational incidents, such as misplacements, record mismatches, observations from other departments, or operational shortages, resolving issues within scope and escalating cases requiring it promptly. · Coordinate physical equipment delivery and receipt between processes, including preparation, distribution, repair, or operational reservations, ensuring complete documentation and accurate system records. · Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital supporting documentation—such as delivery minutes, waybills, count reports, and evidence—to ensure availability for audits and internal inquiries. · Provide continuous support to internal organizational customers, ensuring orderly, timely, and operationally priority-aligned service.
