Ayvens Peru is seeking an accounting or related-field student from the 8th semester onwards — dynamic, proactive, solution-oriented, a team player, well-organized, and focused on achieving objectives within set timelines. Daily accounting transaction recording, entry reconciliation, and maintaining up-to-date information. Providing financial department support for required activities. **Mission**: * Daily bank transaction recording, entry reconciliation, and customer service to maintain reconciled accounts. Additionally, supporting required operational activities within the invoicing and collections area. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Invoice, revenue, and reconciliation recording * Allocation of recovery accounts * Uploading documentation to client platforms * Weekly bank reconciliation * Traffic fine management * Supporting auditors during audits * Completion of assigned training programs (MyLearning) * Management of small client portfolios * Operational support in completing information upload forms into the system **Experience and Knowledge:** * Accounting, finance, administration, or related-field student from the 8th semester onwards * Intermediate Excel proficiency * ERP system experience (preferred) * Basic English (preferred) **Skills**: * Adaptability * Strong communication skills * Teamwork * Analytical ability and attention to detail Proactivity * **Why Ayvens?** With over 3\.1 million vehicles managed across more than 40 countries, we provide full\-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi\-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
