We are currently seeking an: **Irrigation Projects Supervisor** **Your impact on our team:** Execute hydraulic design projects to ensure the proper functioning of hydraulic systems ### **Responsibilities** * Review hydraulic design drawings and material lists for execution. * Coordinate and supervise work execution among assigned technicians, providing necessary resources to implement projects. * Supervise compliance with integrated management system guidelines related to food safety, quality, authenticity, legality, occupational health and safety, environment, secure trade, and ethics. * Supervise the operation of field systems. * Identify contingencies during project execution and propose follow-up actions. * Ensure correct field implementation of projects. * Perform other duties within their area of expertise, as assigned by their immediate supervisor. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Hydraulic Engineering and/or Fluid Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of general experience in project management, supervision, or monitoring. * Experience in irrigation, hydraulics, infrastructure, construction, mining, agro-industry, or similar sectors. * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is desirable. * Experience coordinating with suppliers or third parties. * Willingness to work in Chao, La Libertad. ✨ Apply with us and take the first step toward a career full of opportunities and challenges — together, let’s **work the fields to improve lives**.
