Position Summary: We are seeking an ISO 37301:2021 expert consultant specializing in Compliance Management Systems, with experience in implementation, auditing, and continual improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in implementation and auditing of Integrated Management Systems 2. Certification as Internal and/or Lead Auditor for ISO 37301:2021 3. Training in regulatory compliance and risk management **ISO 37301:2021 Consultant (Compliance Management System):** * Industrial engineer, business or environmental management professional, or related field, with a minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in implementing, executing, monitoring, and improving Integrated Management Systems. * Registered and licensed (if applicable). Minimum 3 years’ experience conducting audits of Integrated Management Systems against the following standards: ISO 37001:2016, ISO 37301:2021, 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, and/or ISO 45001:2018\. * Specific experience in electricity generation, transmission, and/or commercialization processes, with a minimum of 2 years (desirable). * Certification as Internal and/or Lead Auditor for ISO 37001:2016 and ISO 37301:2021 (mandatory). * Certification as Internal and/or Lead Auditor for ISO 37001:2016, 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, and/or ISO 45001:2018\. * Course on ISO 37301:2021 Compliance Management System\. * Additional training where specialized courses are valued, including: Regulatory compliance and anti-corruption Risk management and auditing Internal and compliance auditing Corporate ethics and integrity management International compliance regulations 20x8 work schedule in Huánuco
