Job Summary: We are seeking a gardener with experience in pruning, mowing, fertilization, and pest control to carry out gardening tasks in Metropolitan Lima, adhering to scheduled assignments and submitting photographic evidence. Use of provided gardening tools and products **REQUIREMENTS** * **Academic background:** Not specified * **Minimum experience:** Minimum 3 years mandatory in gardening * **Mandatory experience:** * Sanitary, training, and aesthetic pruning * Grass cutting using shears and machinery * Plant fertilization * Phytosanitary applications (pest control) * Leaf cleaning for potted plants * **Desirable:** Experience with vertical gardens and irrigation systems **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform gardening tasks across various districts of Metropolitan Lima * Use tools, fertilizers, and pesticides provided by the company * Adhere to the weekly work schedule and assigned building/condominium maintenance * Submit photographic evidence of task progress every two hours via WhatsApp, as required **BENEFITS** * Monthly gross salary: Market competitive * Employment type: First 3 months on an hourly basis (RxH); subsequent evaluation for inclusion in MYPE payroll * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Work location: Lima, **100% in-person** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
