Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Accounting Assistant to support the preparation and control of accounting processes, invoice issuance, and system recording. Key Highlights: 1. Support in developing payment schedules and electronic transfers. 2. Issuance of invoices and recording in the accounting system (SISCONT). 3. Control and filing of payment vouchers and supporting documents. **JUNIOR ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT \- PUENTE PIEDRA** **REQUIREMENTS:** * University student in final cycles or Bachelor's degree in Accounting * 1 year of experience as an accounting assistant * Intermediate Excel proficiency * ERP accounting system experience (SISCONT preferred) * Basic knowledge of tax-related matters * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM \- 4:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM \- 1:00 PM * Full-time on-site availability in Northern Lima (Puente Piedra) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receipt and filing of payment vouchers (including data verification); forwarding respective vouchers to internal users. * Maintaining control and filing of various vouchers along with their supporting documents. * Managing and tracking customer and supplier advances. * Assisting in the preparation of payment schedules. * Supporting electronic transfers, preparing checks, and processing miscellaneous payments. * Issuing invoices and recording them in the accounting system (SISCONT). * Entering data into the accounting system: SISCONT **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * Formal payroll under the General Regime * Career development path Application Questions: * Please provide your mobile number and WhatsApp. * How many years of experience do you have as an accounting assistant? * What are your salary expectations? * Specify your highest academic degree attained. * What is your Excel proficiency level? * Do you have experience using an ERP accounting system (preferably SISCONT)? * Do you possess basic knowledge of tax-related matters? * Are you available to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM \- 4:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM \- 1:00 PM? * Are you available for 100% on-site work in Northern Lima (Puente Piedra)?
