Graduate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, with basic knowledge of accounting recordkeeping, support in tax filings, and management of accounting documentation. Organized, responsible individual with willingness to learn and develop within the field. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Minimum experience of **6 months to 2 years**. * Basic knowledge of payroll preparation. * Knowledge of SUNAT (IGV, Income Tax, PLAME). * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with accounting systems (CONCAR, SISCONT or others) is desirable. * Experience in payroll or HR support is desirable. **Main Responsibilities** * Recording of accounting transactions. * Support in bank reconciliations. * Recording and validation of payment vouchers. * Support in preparing payroll registers. * Basic calculation and monitoring of social benefits (CTS, AFP, ESSALUD). * Support in monthly tax filings (PLAME, IGV, Income Tax). * Organization and archiving of accounting and payroll documentation. * Coordination with the administrative and human resources departments. **Competencies** * Organization * Responsibility * Attention to detail * Confidentiality * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
