Fixed working hours **JUNIOR ADMINISTRATOR FOR FOOD CONCESSIONAIRE / UPN CAJAMARCA** We are looking for the best talent for the position of **Junior Administrator for a food concessionaire**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational staff functions. * Comply with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) procedures. * Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and POES procedures. * Monitor validity of health certificates. * Daily monitoring of staff attendance, absences, medical leaves, and workplace accidents. * Support warehouse and inventory control. * Comply with Bocasión’s regulations, policies, and procedures. * Conduct and/or implement corrective actions arising from control audits, quality audits, and/or other observations. * Perform and supervise cash register opening and closing. * Manage billing and operational cost tracking. * Handle telephone calls from suppliers and customers. **Requirements:** * One year of experience in this role. * Availability to work near UPN CAJAMARCA. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.; Saturday: 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. **Benefits:** * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and career growth. * Competitive salary and meal allowance. * Fixed working hours. * Sundays and holidays off. * Statutory benefits.
