We seek a Junior SDR to join our B2B marketing team and support the growth of our prospecting channel (qualifying leads—companies matching our ideal customer profile). More than sales experience, we seek someone who: * Communicates exceptionally well (speaks and writes clearly), listens actively, and can sustain professional-level conversations. * Is organized and consistent: follows up diligently, records all interactions, and adheres to routines without needing reminders. * Demonstrates perseverance (shows resilience in response to "no" or silence) and enjoys learning through weekly feedback. * Enjoys engaging with businesses, building professional relationships, and growing within a startup, collaborative, and challenging environment. Bonus (non-exclusive): Experience in highly verbal interaction roles (customer service, coordination, call center, admissions) and/or affinity for wellness, health, and benefits topics in HR/People contexts. Job Objective To initiate commercial conversations with target companies and their key decision-makers through consultative outbound prospecting, thereby generating qualified meetings for the sales team and contributing to QuePlan.pe’s B2B channel growth. Key Responsibilities ✅ Prospect prioritized B2B companies based on segment and industry. ✅ Contact decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls. ✅ Conduct brief pre-contact research on each company. ✅ Initiate consultative conversations and qualify opportunities. ✅ Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. ✅ Record and track all activities in the CRM (HubSpot). ✅ Participate in feedback sessions, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements · No specific degree required; we value candidates with a communication background and learning orientation. · Prior sales experience is not required. · Experience in customer service, call centers, coordination, or other highly verbal interaction roles is valued. · Basic proficiency with LinkedIn, email, and Excel / Google Sheets. · Interest in learning B2B sales prospecting and CRM usage.
