Our **Aftersales** team is seeking a **BMW Mechanic** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to deliver appropriate service to vehicles entering the workshop, following manual-based procedures, ensuring service quality, utilizing all tools provided by the company, and completing ongoing training delivered both by Inchcape and the BMW Group. **Your Responsibilities** * Inspect vehicles to transparently and promptly communicate findings to vehicle owners via the Clear Mechanic tool. * Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles according to the brand’s technical manual using the ISTA tool. * Communicate completed work and findings on serviced vehicles via email. * Provide appropriate documentation to support warranty and recall management for the brand. * Meet workshop productivity and efficiency targets. * Support network workshops during campaigns. * Assist with mechanical roadside assistance. * Support brand events. * Complete manufacturer-provided courses (WBTs) and Inchcape University courses. * Report and perform checklists for the lifts used. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Automotive, Industrial, or Electrical Technician qualification—or related field. * 1 year of experience in an automotive workshop. * Knowledge of diagnostic tool (scanner) operation. * Valid A1 driver’s license. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and invite you to do so alongside us.
