Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior MERN Developer with a solid technical foundation and strong eagerness to learn, to work on real production projects and apply AI in development. We are looking for a Junior MERN Developer / Development Assistant. We seek a candidate with a solid technical foundation, strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work on real production projects—not just practice exercises. What are we looking for? * Graduate of technical, university-level, or related programs in Software Development / Systems Engineering. * Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). * Experience with Tailwind CSS. * Basic understanding of WebSockets / Socket.io. * Process automation using Make, Zapier, n8n, or Google Apps Script. * Integration with external APIs (REST, authentication, token handling, webhooks). * Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or Lovable applied to agile MVP development. * Ability to follow technical instructions with judgment, organization, and initiative. * Portfolio or personal projects (GitHub, demos, etc.). Main Responsibilities: * Support development and maintenance of ERPs, PMSs, and hybrid web applications. * Build and adapt components using React and Tailwind. * Implement real-time features using WebSockets. * Use AI tools to accelerate MVP development. * Learn and apply industry best practices in real production projects.
