At Gyga Consulting, we are looking for a **Junior Installation Supervisor in Juliaca, Puno** to ensure our customers’ connectivity. Job Mission: Guarantee the correct installation and operation of fiber optic services by supervising subcontractors and ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures. Responsibilities: * Supervise field installation operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, service quality, and customer standards. * Ensure an optimal experience in every installation by controlling tests, materials, orderliness, and proper technical execution. * Develop the technical team through continuous training on processes, tool usage, and best practices. * Promote compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) across all operations. * Efficiently manage resources (materials, equipment, and supplies), ensuring availability, control, and traceability. * Monitor and optimize key service indicators (successful installations, response times, faults), driving continuous improvement. * Generate strategic reports on operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities and risks. * Coordinate with key departments to ensure operational continuity, including logistics, expense control, and support in talent onboarding. Requirements: * Technical or University Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Electricity, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of work experience supervising residential fiber optic installations for telecommunications operators (preferred). * Certified 3 years of experience as an FTTH installer technician. * Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. * Manual dexterity with assigned equipment and tools. * Class A1 driver’s license (mandatory). * Availability to work in Juliaca, Puno.
