Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to facilitate communication and translation between local and international teams in a video game company, with a focus on Korean and English. Organize and prioritize content for weekly maintenance A Korean company specializing in the video game industry is looking for a professional proficient in *Korean and English* to join our team. **I. Requirements** \- Academic Background: Major in Interpretation and/or Translation \[Preferred]. \- Workshops, certifications, or similar qualifications related to the position \[Preferred]. \- Experience in video games, IT, or communicating in Korean (e.g., interpreting/translation of emails, documents, requests, etc.) \[Preferred]. \- Korean language proficiency at least at basic-to-intermediate level \[Mandatory]. \- English language proficiency at least at basic-to-intermediate level \[Mandatory]. \- Knowledge of or interest in Korean culture \[Preferred]. **II. Responsibilities** 1\. Facilitate smooth communication between the local Operations team and foreign client departments (e.g., Korea, USA) via written translation (Korean-English and vice versa). 2\. Comprehensively translate various documents, emails, and administrative reports from Korean to English (and vice versa) to ensure accurate and fluent communication between both clients. 3\. Update project-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance. 4\. Prepare and translate periodic reports from the local office from English to Korean for external clients. 5\. Translate external client requests for new content implementation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical requirements for game maintenance, as well as coordinating implementation. 6\. Organize and prioritize content to be applied in each weekly maintenance, based on the Monthly Plan provided by the Project Manager. 7\. Participate in maintenance activities for the assigned project. 8\. Effectively report technical errors and issues identified by the local Operations team on QA and Live servers, translating them from Spanish and/or English into Korean for the external client. 9\. Manage delivery deadlines and content requests, ensuring timely submission to the external client to meet established work schedules or monthly plans. 10\. Fulfill coordination duties for other projects when required, ensuring operational continuity. 11\. Other duties as assigned by the company. **III. Benefits** \- Net monthly salary of S/1,800 – S/2,000. \- Monthly transportation allowance of S/100. \- PROVIS food card worth S/150 per month. \- Two additional taxi rides per month covered by the company. \- Enrollment in MYPE payroll system. \- 100% company-covered EPS health insurance.
