The ideal candidate will possess knowledge across various areas of law and strong skills in drafting and analyzing legal documents. **Responsibilities** * Drafting contract proposals and addenda in various formats. * Preparing legal documents such as notarial letters, legal submissions, and out-of-court settlements. * Responding to internal legal consultations. * Conducting title searches for property regularization. * Monitoring administrative procedures before various authorities. * Preparing legal submissions, appeals, and complaints. **Requirements** * Law degree or Bachelor’s degree in Law. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in legal roles, preferably in real estate, contracting, or consumer protection. * Knowledge of Procedural, Civil, and Corporate Law. * Experience in drafting and analyzing contracts, corporate law, consumer law, and civil law. * Intermediate proficiency in office software. * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
