Coordination with the technical team for activity execution A leading property management company is looking for top talent for the position of Departmental Maintenance Planner. **Responsibilities:** ● Execution programming. ● Preparation and monitoring of maintenance work orders. ● Control of schedules, progress, pending items, and maintenance indicators. ● Handling and managing high-priority emergency or corrective tasks. ● Monitoring work order progress and ensuring timely closure. ● Coordination with the technical team for activity execution. **Requirements:** ● Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or related fields. ● 1 year of experience in planner or maintenance programming roles. ● Intermediate Excel skills. ● Knowledge of maintenance planning, programming, and control.
