Opportunity for growth and development in health and wellness Our client, a growing comprehensive dermatology center, seeks a talented Junior Marketing and Growth Coordinator (freelance) with high creativity, autonomy, and analytical vision to support the execution of the digital strategy, content creation, and lead-to-appointment conversion. Responsibilities * Assist in developing the campaign calendar, vendor follow-up, and advertising budget organization. * Develop the social media calendar, coordinate graphic assets, and record/edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) on-site at the clinic. * Monitor and assist in handling WhatsApp/Instagram inquiries alongside the administrative team, updating forms and scheduling workflows. * Prepare periodic performance reports (reach, interactions, leads) and organize metrics to propose improvements. Requirements * Advanced student or graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (internships considered). * Basic proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva or other basic design tools, and Excel / Google Sheets. * Preferred: Prior freelance or remote work experience, and familiarity with Meta Ads / Google Ads.
